1 piece ginger, about 5 cm long, 40g
1 tsp turmeric powder (optional)
1-2 glasses of water
1 tsp honey (optional)
With a Juicer/ Blender
1. Peel ginger using the back of a spoon and remove lemon peel.
2. Juice or blend the peeled ginger and lemon. Strain into a glass, add turmeric, top up with water until desired taste and add honey if needed. Mix well and drink.
