The January trend that for the past few years has taken the world by storm is Veganuary, the month-long challenge can really benefit your health and the health of the planet. There is strong evidence linking eating a plant-based diet can significantly reduce rates of common health problems such as diabetes, heart disease and obesity. And with research concluding that not eating dairy and red meat is the single biggest way to reduce a person’s environmental impact on the planet, we encourage people to eat plant-based for the month.
