Maple & Co was created by Adria Wu, who was tired of eating healthy food that was “too healthy” and unhealthy food that didn’t nourish nor energise her. She decided to quit her corporate career and train at Le Cordon Bleu and the College of Naturopathic Medicine. Adria opened the first Maple & Co in London in 2015 with the belief that she could make delicious food that hit the spot but could power our lives to be better, more balanced and happier.
To us, eating salads and cake and being happy means a balance of immune boosting veggies, sustainable meats, gut healthy wholegrains, heart-healthy nuts and fats but also the occasional buttery salted caramel brownie and oh-so-rewarding glass of wine. At Maple, you’ll find something delicious for everyone – from the vegan to the carnivore and everyone in between.
Today, we continue to be anti-fad and always go back to our roots using vegetables, fruit and ingredients that come from nature to bring them together in colourful, harmonious and delicious ways. Our menu is inspired by Adria’s childhood in North America and East Asia, her husband’s family who is South Asian and her time living in the Middle East and Central/ South America before making the UK her forever home.
