At Maple, we are so excited to be celebrating Veganuary! Although we are not all vegans at Maple:), what we try to do is to inspire people to eat a more plant-based diet in January and beyond. Having recently cooked for Vegans like will.i.am and Pixie Lott they are part of one of the fastest growing movements – veganism. Whether your reason for going vegan is for your health, a challenge, a change, sustainability, we are here to help you with our Top 5 Tips here. Come into our delis to enjoy our vegan lunch boxes packed with flavour and protein (yes vegans need protein too), sweet treats in the afternoon or a glass(es) of wine in the evening (yes it’s all about balance and we will drink in January).
